An efficient and uniform heat dissipation bottom plate of an HPD module comprises a heat dissipation bottom plate, a heat dissipation water channel covering the heat dissipation bottom plate, and a plurality of chips welded on the heat dissipation water channel. A plurality of sheet-shaped heat dissipation fins are arranged on the side, facing the heat dissipation water channel, of the heat dissipation bottom plate at intervals, and the heat dissipation fins are distributed in three areas including the first area, the second area and the third area. The radiating fins in each area are arranged at intervals to form an upper group of positions and a lower group of positions, and a stop block is arranged among the six groups of radiating fins and corresponds to a gap between an upper bridge and a lower bridge in each phase of the HPD module.
