A processor analyzes a music database (DB) by interacting with a UE, extracts a driver emotion model based on a result of analyzing the music DB, determines an emotion determination model based on a result of analyzing the music DB, derives an emotional care correlation equation through a multiple regression analysis based on a result of analyzing the music DB, and determines a driver emotion correlation equation based on a result of analyzing the music DB.
