Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an intelligent control system and method for a top-blowing smelting furnace, and the system comprises a smelting device which comprises a top-blowing spray gun and a smelting furnace; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring various spray gun parameters of the top-blowing spray gun; the intelligent prediction module is used for receiving the spray gun parameters and obtaining a prediction result through a preset algorithm, and the prediction result represents smelting parameter distribution and change in a molten pool of the smelting furnace; the control module is used for controlling the top-blowing spray gun to adjust the operation strategy based on the prediction result and comprises the following steps that spray gun parameters are adjusted based on the prediction result so as to meet preset working conditions; and controlling the gun height, the ventilation capacity and the supply capacity of the top-blowing spray gun based on the prediction result.
