The limiting clamp comprises a hoop, a tension bolt, a locking nut and a limiting bolt, the hoop is formed by connecting at least two hoop body joints; at least one support arm extending outwards in the radial direction is arranged outside each hoop body; bolt (thread) holes are formed in the two ends of the supporting arm respectively. The device can be rapidly and conveniently installed on the two sides of the flanges, the distance and the centering degree between the flanges can be adjusted according to needs in the flange disassembling and replacing process, the flanges are kept in the limiting and fixing state in the flange maintaining operation process, stress displacement of the flanges is avoided, and the service life of the flanges is prolonged.
