The invention provides a pump body assembly and a rotor compressor. The pump body assembly comprises an upper flange, an upper air cylinder, an upper partition plate, a lower partition plate, a lower air cylinder, a lower flange and a crankshaft which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. An upper cavity is formed in the upper air cylinder, and a lower cavity is formed in the lower air cylinder.
