Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater cable laying operation, and particularly relates to a cutting, ditching and cable laying operation system and method. A cutting mechanism is installed on the front side of a ditch cleaner and used for cutting a seabed to form a sea ditch, and the ditch cleaner is used for moving in the sea ditch to perfect the ditch type of the sea ditch; the cable grabbing device grabs a cable on a seabed before ditching and lifts the cable to the cable guiding device and the ditch cleaning device, and the cable located on the cable guiding device and the ditch cleaning device is released to the seabed after ditching is finished. The cable pressing device is arranged on the rear side of the ditch cleaning device, and a cable guiding channel for moving and guiding a cable is formed between the cable pressing device and the rear side of the ditch cleaning device. The ditch cleaning device can form a cable supporting structure together with the cable guiding device whil
