Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an epinephelus coioides IFNh protein and application thereof in preparation of a product for improving the antiviral capacity. The IFNh protein of the saddletail grouper is found by detecting the transcriptome of the saddletail grouper stimulated by the nervous necrosis virus. Through overexpression of IFNh protein in an epinephelus coioides brain cell line and treatment of the epinephelus coioides brain cell line and epinephelus coioides with recombinant protein of IFNh, it is found that through overexpression of the IFNh protein in a host or treatment with the recombinant protein of the IFNh protein, the autoimmune response of the host can be significantly enhanced, and the autoimmune response of the host can be significantly enhanced.
