Extruding a polylactic acid melt with medium and high optical purity: extruding the polylactic acid melt with medium and high optical purity into strips; cooling and crystallizing: cooling the strip-shaped polylactic acid melt with dry gas, and crystallizing at a constant temperature to obtain crystallized polylactic acid; cooling the crystallized polylactic acid with dry gas, and granulating to obtain crystallized polylactic acid particles; and performing solid-phase devolatilization on the crystallized polylactic acid particles, and then cooling with dry gas to obtain a polylactic acid product.
