Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a post-treatment method of polymer powder for selective laser sintering, which comprises the following steps: step 1, adding 0.1-1.5 parts of nano-particles and 0.02-0.1 part of surfactant into 1 part of solution, and stirring to obtain nano-particle dispersion solution; step 2, uniformly paving 100 parts of polymer powder on a substrate; uniformly spraying the nano-particle dispersion solution on the surface of the polymer powder by using a spray head, and then carrying out microwave heating on the polymer powder; step 3, cooling the polymer powder to a temperature below the glass transition temperature after the treatment in the step 2; and step 4, performing sieving and air grading treatment on the polymer powder adhered with the nanoparticles obtained in the step 3 to obtain the polymer powder for selective laser sintering.
