Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of equipment control, in particular to a control method and system of a high-frequency vibrating screen cleaning system and a storage medium. According to the novel complete set technology for cleaning the screen through combination of ultrasonic waves and gas backflushing, proper acid pickling agent concentration, ultrasonic wave starting power and gas backflushing starting duration are selected according to the blocking condition of the screen, and therefore efficient, low-cost and environment-friendly cleaning of the screen is achieved. The purpose is to solve the problem of how to clean the high-frequency vibrating fine screen without depending on a high-concentration pickling solution. 本发明涉及设备控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种高频振筛筛网清洗系统的控制方法、系统及存储介质。通过超声波联合气反冲联合清洗筛网成套新技术,根据筛网堵塞情况,选择合适的酸洗药剂浓度、超声波开启功率、气反冲开启时长,从而实现对筛网的高效、低成本且环保的清洗。旨在解决如何不依赖高浓度酸洗溶液对高频振动细筛进行清洗的问题。
