Zusammenfassung:	An applicator for a medium has a reservoir of the substance and an outlet opening. The applicator (1) is at least partially of plastics, together with additives, where ≥ 1 is a material which is effective against microorganisms. The additive is an antibiotic or bactericide or penicillin, at a rate of 0.01-1.0 wt.% of the plastics or 0.1-0.5 wt.% and especially 0.1-0.25 wt.%. The material for the applicator can be polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyvinylchloride, and copolymerisates such as polyethylene-polypropylene copolymerisate, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyacetal, low and high density polyethylene and general ethylene copolymers. The surfaces in contact with the applied medium are especially of plastics with the additives, at least partially, as are other parts of the applicator without a significant application function, and pref. the applicator is wholly of the plastics material with the additives.
