Uplink configuration method, user equipment and base station

The invention provides a base station, user equipment (UE) and an uplink configuration method. The UE and the base station negotiate a single time domain window (TDW) configuration for uplink transmissions. The UE generates an actual time domain window from one or more configured TDWs according to the TDW configuration for uplink transmission.
