Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an electrically operated valve control device and an electrically operated valve device capable of suppressing an increase in the internal temperature of a motor driver. When a computer (80) of an electrically operated valve control device (70) receives a valve opening degree change command including a target valve opening degree of an electrically operated valve (5), a target number, which is the number of pulses input to a motor driver (77) in order to make the valve opening degree of the electrically operated valve (5) reach the target valve opening degree, is acquired. When it is determined that the ambient temperature of the motor driver (77) is not high, the computer (80) continuously inputs a target number of pulses to the motor driver (77).
