Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method, device and equipment for determining the reserve capacity of a power system, and the method comprises the steps: building an objective function of an upper model and a lower model; constraining a target function of the upper-layer model by using a constraint condition of the upper-layer model, and constraining a target function of the lower-layer model by using a constraint condition of the lower-layer model; according to the objective function of the upper-layer model, the constraint condition of the upper-layer model, the objective function of the lower-layer model and the constraint condition of the lower-layer model, obtaining a double-layer reserve capacity optimization model of the power system; and solving the double-layer reserve capacity optimization model to obtain an optimal reserve capacity configuration scheme. According to the invention, minimization of power failure cost and standby cost during a fault period is taken as a target of a lower-layer model, so that
