The method is suitable for a high-power DC/DC converter and comprises the steps that a primary winding and a secondary winding are separated from each other, so that the nanocrystalline high-frequency transformer has high leakage inductance; determining a main temperature rise area of the high-power nanocrystalline high-frequency transformer magnetic core through finite element simulation; the outer side of the temperature rise area is sleeved with a layer of ferrite magnetic ring with the small thickness so as to control a leakage magnetic flux path and reduce leakage magnetic flux penetrating through the nanocrystalline strip in the vertical direction; by changing the thickness of the ferrite magnetic ring, the inhibition effect of the ferrite magnetic ring sleeved outside the nanocrystalline magnetic core on the eddy current loss is verified by finite elem |
