Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a robot cleanable area recognition method and system, a medium and equipment. The robot cleanable area recognition method comprises the steps that S1, point cloud is acquired, and coordinate system conversion is carried out; s2, processing the point cloud, and projecting the three-dimensional point cloud to a two-dimensional plane; and S3, calculating a maximum inscribed rectangle in the plane and calculating a maximum cleanable rectangular area. According to the method, the three-dimensional point cloud in front of the robot is reconstructed through the depth camera, and then the open ground area is identified through the point cloud information. The robot can be helped to navigate through the slam technology, however, the ground environment is dynamically changed, and the ground area without obstacles is possibly occupied by some articles, so that the method needs to be used for real-time recognition, and the robot can know the current area which can be cleaned on the ground.
