The method comprises the following steps: receiving a fault processing request, wherein the fault processing request comprises a target fault type, a target object identifier of a target fault object and a target user identifier of a target maintainer; obtaining current object information of the target fault object according to the target object identifier; obtaining current user information of the target maintenance personnel according to the target user identifier; and processing the target fault type, the target object identifier, the current object information and the current user information through a preset recommendation model to obtain a target fault processing flow corresponding to the fault processing request. According to the method provided by the invention, when the target fault processing flow is recommended through the preset recommendation model, the current user information and the cu
