The system comprises a feeding pipeline, an electric valve, a flow meter, a pressure meter, a flow regulator, storage tanks and a factory process pipeline, the multiple storage tanks are connected to the feeding pipeline through pipelines, the flow regulator, the pressure meter, the flow meter and the electric valve are sequentially arranged at an outlet of each storage tank, an electronic scale is arranged on the lower portion of each storage tank, and a pressure monitoring instrument is arranged on the feeding pipeline. The feeding pipeline is connected to a factory process pipeline in a flanged connection manner; the control system comprises an automatic control box, a power supply wiring terminal strip, an input and output module, a control module, an input and output wiring terminal strip, a power conversion module, a signal conversion module an
