The method comprises the steps that the vibration signal collected by a vibration sensor is acquired; acquiring a time window of the vehicle passing through the vibration sensor, and acquiring driving data of the vehicle; obtaining vibration waveform data of the vehicle based on the vibration signal and the time window; and based on the vibration waveform data and the driving data, carrying out inversion to obtain a vibration source spectrum of the vehicle and the stratum quality factor. By combining the vibration signal formed in the running process of the vehicle with the running data of the vehicle, the stratum quality factor of the underground medium can be obtained through real-time inversion, the underground medium cannot be damaged, the stratum quality factor can be monitored in real time at low cost in an area with many human activities, and the monitoring accuracy is improved.
