Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a measuring device based on surface plasma resonance. The measuring device comprises a rectangular prism, a light source module, a resonance coating, an alkali metal atom steam chamber and a detection light module. The light source module is arranged on one side of the first right-angle side of the right-angle prism. The laser generated by the light source module can be emitted into the rectangular prism through the first right-angle side, and is emitted out through the second right-angle side after being totally reflected on the bevel edge. And the resonance coating is arranged on the bevel edge of the right-angle prism. The alkali metal atom steam chamber is arranged on the resonance plating layer. And part of alkali metal steam in the alkali metal atom steam chamber is adsorbed on the upper surface of the resonance plating layer. The detection light module is arranged on one side of the second right-angle side of the right-angle prism. The detection light module is provided with a p
