Zusammenfassung:	A belt rotating system for an aero-engine oil seal vehicle comprises a machine body, a belt rotating motor, a clutch and a transmission shaft, wherein the belt rotating motor, the clutch and the transmission shaft are arranged in a shell. A flange plate is arranged on the end face of one end of the shell and used for being connected with an engine to be subjected to oil sealing. The clutch is connected with an output shaft of the rotating motor; the clutch is connected with the transmission shaft; an output shaft of the transmission shaft penetrates out of the flange plate and is provided with a transmission spline used for being in matched transmission with a spline on an engine to be subjected to oil sealing. According to the driving system provided by the invention, the driving motor, the clutch, the transmission shaft and the like are packaged in the machine body to form integrated small equipment, and the integrated small equipment is conveniently stored on an oil seal vehicle and is connected to an engi
