The system comprises an optical fiber full-well-section temperature measurement demodulation system, a photoelectric composite cable and a heater, the heater can heat injected liquid to form high-temperature slug fluid underground, and the high-temperature slug fluid passes through a first temperature measuring section and a second temperature measuring section which are preset underground; collecting a first high-temperature peak value, a first position point and a first time point in the first temperature measurement section; collecting a second high-temperature peak value, a second position point and a second time point in a second temperature measurement section; and calculating the migration velocity of the fluid between the two temperature measurement sections in the well so as to calculate the flow.
