Zusammenfassung:The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, according to the size of the tower crane hole, an overall formwork is obtained through configuration, and a steel folded plate is connected to the formwork through a welding bolt; s2, the whole formwork is hoisted and moved to the bottom of a tower crane hole through a truck crane; s3, reversely supporting and fixing the whole template on the cover plate by using an I-shaped steel beam matched with a steel folded plate; s4, chiseling the concrete around the hole, and binding reinforcing steel bars above the template; s5, concrete is poured on the inner side of the tower crane hole above the formwork and cured; and S6, after the concrete strength reaches the standard, the formwork is removed, and concrete pouring plugging operation of the tower crane hole can be completed. According to the invention, by canceling the erection of a ground frame body, the under-cover construction space is provided, and the continuity of under-cover construction is en
