Low-odor high-impact flame-retardant polypropylene composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a low-odor, high-impact and flame-retardant polypropylene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-70% of copolymerized PP (polypropylene); 20 to 30 percent of homopolymerized PP (Polypropylene); 3-6% of a compound low-halogen flame retardant; 4-8% of a polyolefin elastomer; 0.2%-0.5% of a lubricant; 0.1 to 0.4 percent of an antioxidant; and 0.5-2% of an adsorption type deodorant. According to the polypropylene composite material, the PP base material in a specific ratio is matched with the compound low-halogen flame retardant, so that high oxygen index is achieved, high impact performance is achieved, the technical difficulty that flame retardance and impact resistance of PP resin are difficult to consider at the same time is solved, and the polypropylene composite material has the characteristic of low odor and can better meet the current increasingly strict environmental pr
