Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene wear-resistant composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of high polymer materials, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene wear-resistant composite material comprises the following components by mass: 85% of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 5% of nano silicon carbide, and 10% of ultrafine fully-vulcanized powder carboxy nitrile rubber, the mechanical strength and the bearing capacity are improved while the abrasion of the wear-resistant composite material is effectively reduced; the elasticity and wear resistance of the superfine fully-vulcanized powder carboxy nitrile rubber are utilized, and the superfine fully-vulcanized powder carboxy nitrile rubber is used as a toughening modification filler, so that the wear resistance of the wear-resistant composite material is effectively improved, the plastic deformation resistance and desorption capacity are improved, and the friction reducti
