Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a nano biological material, in particular to zirconium porphyrin metal organic framework nano enzyme as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing MESO-tetra (4-carboxyphenyl) porphin, zirconium tetrachloride, aryl dicarboxylic acid and a morphology regulator in a first solvent, reacting at 120-140 DEG C, washing and separating precipitate to obtain a zirconium porphyrin metal organic framework material; and dispersing the zirconium porphyrin metal organic framework material in a second solvent, adding a metal precursor solution, reacting at 80-90 DEG C, washing, separating and precipitating to obtain the zirconium porphyrin metal organic framework nano-enzyme. The zirconium porphyrin metal organic framework nano-enzyme has good peroxidase activity and can be used for preparing drugs or auxiliary materials for resisting bacterial infection or preventing and treating biological membranes.
