Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a laser ablation preparation method of a copper oxide nanoflower gas sensitive material, and belongs to the field of preparation of nano sensitive materials. The method comprises the following steps: ablating a copper oxide target material immersed in an alkaline liquid-phase medium by using pulse laser to obtain a black suspension, and separating, washing, drying and calcining to obtain copper oxide nanoflower powder. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple to operate and has no template requirement, and the prepared copper oxide nanoflower is uniform in size and controllable in morphology and can be applied to a gas sensitive material of a hydrogen sulfide sensor. 一种氧化铜纳米花气敏材料的激光烧蚀制备方法,其属于纳米敏感材料制备领域。该方法用脉冲激光对浸没在碱性液相媒介中的氧化铜靶材进行烧蚀,得到黑色悬浊液,经过分离、洗涤、干燥、煅烧后可以获得氧化铜纳米花粉末。本发明的制备方法操作简单、无模板要求,制备得到的氧化铜纳米花尺寸均一,形貌可控,可应用于硫化氢传感器的气敏材料。
