Zusammenfassung:A microelectromechanical sensor device has a detection structure and associated electronic circuitry; the electronic circuit device receives an external supply voltage when the microelectromechanical sensor device is powered, and is provided with a voltage regulator generating a regulated voltage having a different value from the external supply voltage and at least one voltage domain, at least one voltage domain is powered by the regulated voltage.
