The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing of steel structures, and particularly relates to an integrated plate part storing and taking and tray matching system and method which comprises a three-dimensional goods shelf, a double-extending-position stacking machine, a seven-axis tray matching robot, a tray matching primary tray connection position and a tray matching secondary tray connection position. Wherein the double-extending-position stacking machine is arranged in the middle of the three-dimensional goods shelf, the tray distributing secondary tray connecting position, the seven-axis tray distributing robot and the tray distributing primary tray connecting position are sequentially arranged on the same side of the three-dimensional goods shelf, and the tail end of the seven-axis tray distributing robot is provided with an image collecting and recognizing unit and a grabbing unit; when parts are stored and taken out, part plates enter the vertical warehouse access connecti
