The liquid pipe is connected to the liquid storage tank. The fixing assembly comprises two fixing parts, each fixing part is provided with a bayonet and a first connecting part, the bayonets can be clamped to the outer wall of the liquid storage tank, the two fixing parts are clamped to the two opposite sides of the liquid storage tank in the circumferential direction of the liquid storage tank, the two ends of the two fixing parts are correspondingly connected, and the fixing assembly is of an annular structure surrounding the liquid storage tank by a circle; the connecting sleeve is slidably arranged outside the liquid storage tank in a sleeving manner, and the connecting sleeve is provided with a second connecting part; the first connecting part and the second connecting part are used for being connected with a vehicle body of the veh
