The invention provides a cutting method of a carbon fiber PEEK pipe. The cutting method comprises the following steps: (1) fixing the carbon fiber PEEK pipe by adopting a full-circumference inner support clamp of a numerical control lathe; and (2) carrying out cutting treatment on the carbon fiber PEEK pipe by adopting a hard alloy diamond coating cut-off tool. The cutting method provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems that the carbon fiber PEEK material is difficult to cut off and the cost is high in the prior art; the cut surface of the cut carbon fiber PEEK pipe is free of cracks, slag inclusion and missing edges larger than 1 mm. 本发明提供了一种碳纤维PEEK管材的切割方法，所述切割方法包括如下步骤：(1)采用数控车床全周内撑夹具固定碳纤维PEEK管材；(2)采用硬质合金金刚石涂层切断刀对所述碳纤维PEEK管材进行切割处理。本发明提供的切割方法能有效解决现有技术中碳纤维PEEK材料难以切断、成本高的问题；切割后碳纤维PEEK管材的切割面无裂纹、夹渣和大于1mm的缺棱。
