Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for guiding at an assembly tail end based on machine vision. The method comprises the following steps of: constructing and assembling a visual tail end navigation system; acquiring a regional binary image of a target regional image; filtering to obtain a target binary image; calculating to obtain a pixel position coordinate of the target binary image; and performing assembly navigation according to the offset distance, and correcting the navigation according to error analysis.
