The method comprises the following steps: fixedly connecting a front honeycomb, a middle plate, a rear honeycomb and a back plate in sequence to form a honeycomb combination; processing the front honeycomb into an aspheric surface by taking the back surface of the back plate as a processing reference; the curvature radiuses of different ring layer panels of the radio telescope are comprehensively considered, the optimal matching spherical surface of each ring layer panel is calculated in sequence, the average value is calculated, and the optimal universal average curvature radius of the whole reflection surface is obtained; the working skin with the initial shape being a plane is pressed into the spherical working skin with the average curvature radius; and the spherical working skin with the average curvature radius and the honeycomb combination are attached, bonded and solidified through atm |
