The method comprises the following steps: (1) fry selection; (2) treatment before transportation: feeding feed added with atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide 20-30 days before transportation, the addition amount of the atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide in the feed being 1.0-3.0 g/kg, and fasting 22-26 hours before transportation; (3) fishing operation; (4) management in the transportation process: gamma-aminobutyric acid and vitamin C are added into sea water for seedling transportation, the adding amount of the gamma-aminobutyric acid is 25-35 mg/L, and the adding amount of the vitamin C is 20-30 mg/L.
