Multi-factor intent determination for augmented reality (AR) environmental control

Examples of augmented reality (AR) environment control advantageously employ multi-factor intent determination, and include performing the multi-factor intent determination in an AR environment using an indication set for calling out a control object (e.g., a menu, keyboard, or input panel), the indication set including a plurality of indications (e.g., a keyboard, or an input panel). The gesture information includes two or more of a palm orientation gesture, an eye gaze, a head gaze and a finger position); and displaying a control object in a location proximate to the user (e.g., docking with the user's hand) in the AR environment based at least on an indication set indicative of the user's call request.
