The fluid ejection device (20) has a fluid ejection head (21). In order to discharge chips generated during inner diameter machining of a workpiece by means of a fluid, the fluid ejection head is provided with: a shaft part 30 having a fluid flow path therein; and a disc-shaped head (40) that is provided at one end of the shaft and that ejects the fluid supplied from the shaft in a direction inclined with respect to the center line of the shaft and toward the other end of the shaft. 目的在于,为了实现需要内径加工的工件的无人生产,防止在工件的内径加工时切屑进入工件内部。流体喷射装置20具有流体喷射头21。流体喷射头为了通过流体将在工件的内径加工时产生的切屑排出,具有:轴部30,在内部具有流体的流路;以及圆盘形状的头部40,设置在轴部的一端,将从轴部供给的流体向相对于轴部的中心线倾斜且朝向轴部的另一端的方向喷射。
