Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a battery cooling system and a vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle heat management. The battery cooling system comprises a control unit, a direct cooling circulation loop and a liquid cooling circulation loop. Wherein the control unit comprises a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is used for transmitting a battery temperature signal. And when the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature sensor is higher than the first preset temperature, the direct cooling circulation loop is opened and exchanges heat with the battery. And when the temperature signal transmitted by the temperature sensor is higher than a second preset temperature, the liquid cooling circulation loop is opened and is used for cooling. The direct cooling circulation loop and the liquid cooling circulation loop are both electrically connected with the control unit. The vehicle comprises the battery cooling system.
