Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power transmission line image defogging method, system and device based on deep learning, and belongs to the technical field of power system monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: determining a rough transmissivity graph of a foggy image by adopting a dark pass prior method; inputting the foggy image and the rough transmissivity map into a target neural network model to obtain an accurate transmissivity map output by the target neural network model; the target neural network model is obtained by training an MSCNN network model into which a residual module is introduced; and carrying out defogging operation on the foggy image by using the accurate transmissivity graph.
