The method comprises the following steps: acquiring strain monitoring data of a key measuring point position of a high-speed railway bridge, and identifying a stress influence line of each lane of the measuring point; probability distribution characteristics of virtual loading and reconstruction parameters under different working conditions are obtained, and a bridge dynamic stress time history is sampled and solved; and the time-varying trend of each parameter is obtained by combining long-term monitoring data, and a time-varying curve of fatigue reliability is calculated, so that fatigue life prediction is realized.
