The method comprises the following steps: receiving satellite observation data, broadcast ephemeris data and a PPP-B2b telegraph text broadcasted by a satellite through a receiver of a carrier, decoding the PPP-B2b telegraph text to obtain correction information, performing error correction on a satellite position and clock correction calculated by the broadcast ephemeris data by using the correction information, and obtaining the real-time position, speed and clock correction of the satellite; constructing a related model to correct various errors in the satellite observation data to obtain a carrier phase observation value after error correction; and carrying out real-time positioning on the carrier by taking the carrier phase observation value after error correction as measurement input of extended Kalman filtering.
