Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a polyionic liquid adhesive, a polyamine compound is ionized by utilizing protonation reaction of amine to obtain an ionic liquid monomer, and further, the polyionic liquid is quickly generated by utilizing efficient click chemical reaction between the amine and epoxy resin to serve as the adhesive. The whole chemical reaction is carried out at room temperature under the condition of no catalyst, no by-product is generated, the atom utilization rate is 100%, and the method is suitable for industrial large-scale application. The prepared adhesive shows extremely strong adhesion performance on oil-containing and oil-free metal surfaces at a high temperature of 150 DEG C.
本发明公开一种聚离子液体粘合剂的制备方法及其应用,通过利用胺的质子化反应对多胺化合物进行离子化得到离子液体单体,再进一步利用胺和环氧树脂之间高效的点击化学反应快速生成聚离子液体作为粘合剂。整个化学反应在无催化剂条件下,室温下进行,没有副产物且原子利用率100%,适合工业大规模使用。制备出的粘合剂在高温150℃下,在有油和无油的金属表面均表现出极强粘合性能。 |
