Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fungus Aspergillus sp., an exopolysaccharide thereof and an application of the exopolysaccharide, the fungus Aspergillus sp. Is inoculated in a fermentation medium for fermentation culture, and a fermentation broth is obtained; removing thalli and proteins from the fermentation liquor, and dialyzing to obtain an exopolysaccharide crude extract; adsorbing pigment by the crude extracellular polysaccharide extract through a macroporous resin column, and carrying out chromatographic purification on the crude extracellular polysaccharide extract through a DEAE Fast Flow anion exchange column to obtain the extracellular polysaccharide with the molecular weight of 9015Da. The structural formula of the exopolysaccharide is determined through analysis of composition of monosaccharide, methylation, infrared spectroscopic analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis.
