The thermal management method comprises the steps that a battery temperature demand coefficient and a battery temperature rise coefficient are obtained; obtaining a passenger cabin dehumidification demand coefficient and a passenger cabin dehumidification load coefficient; based on the battery temperature demand coefficient, the battery temperature rise coefficient, the passenger cabin dehumidification demand coefficient and the passenger cabin dehumidification load coefficient, determining a target demand coefficient of thermal management; determining a thermal management mode based on the target demand coefficient; and the heat management mode is used for controlling air conditioner dehumidification and battery heating.
