Taper sleeve locking nut dismounting and mounting device

The invention provides a taper sleeve locking nut disassembling and assembling device. The taper sleeve locking nut disassembling and assembling device comprises a first sleeve and a rotating handle. The first sleeve head is used for containing the locking nut and provided with a dismounting end, and protruding blocks matched with grooves of the locking nut are annularly and evenly distributed on the inner side wall of the dismounting end. A first impact block is arranged at the tail part of the first sleeve; the rotating handle comprises a second sleeve and a weight block, the head of the second sleeve sleeves the tail of the first sleeve, and the second sleeve can circumferentially rotate around the first sleeve; the head of the second sleeve is provided with a second impact block matched with the first impact block. The dismounting device is simple in structure, circumferential impact force is generated on the locking nut through running fit of the first sleeve and the second sleeve, torsion is concentrate
