Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a nuclear fuel element end plug welding device which comprises an element locking device, a welding head device, an end plug feeding device and a rack, the rack is provided with a guide shaft and a plate B, the guide shaft is connected with the welding head device in a sliding mode, the plate B is provided with the locking device and the end plug feeding device, and the element locking device is connected with the welding head device in a sliding mode. The element locking device is used for clamping an element, the end plug feeding device feeds an end plug to the position with the same height as the welding head device, the welding head device adsorbs the end plug to an end plug electrode and moves towards the element locking device, so that the end plug makes contact with the element, and the end plug is welded to the element after being powered on. The nuclear fuel element end plug welding device comprises an element locking device, a welding head device, an end plug feeding device an
