The preparation method comprises the following steps: degumming raw silk, silk floss or cocoon shells to obtain fibroin fibers or fibrous fibroin, treating the fibroin fibers or fibrous fibroin with a NaOH solution to obtain dispersed fibroin microfibers or clustered fibroin microfiber bundles, and pressing the dispersed fibroin microfibers or clustered fibroin microfiber bundles into fibroin microfiber sheets or fibroin microfiber bundle sheets; and further immersing into a silk fibroin solution to be gelatinized to prepare the silk fibroin/silk fibroin composite gel material.
