Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a fibroin fiber/silk fibroin biological composite gel dura mater. The preparation method comprises the following steps: degumming raw silk, silk floss or cocoon shells to obtain fibroin fibers or fibrous fibroin, treating the fibroin fibers or fibrous fibroin with a NaOH solution to obtain dispersed fibroin microfibers or clustered fibroin microfiber bundles, and pressing the dispersed fibroin microfibers or clustered fibroin microfiber bundles into fibroin microfiber sheets or fibroin microfiber bundle sheets; and further laminating, infiltrating and gelatinizing by using a silk fibroin solution to prepare the silk fibroin/silk fibroin composite gel material. The composite dura mater prepared by the invention has higher mechanical properties and excellent biocompatibility, and can effectively protect and repair spinal cord operations.
