Zusammenfassung: | According to the proximal femoral intramedullary nail device, an angular structure formed by a main nail, a blade screw and a forcing screw is utilized, the stability of the screws in the femoral head and the neck can be improved, and the problem that the blade screw penetrates out of the femoral head or retreats from the femoral head due to the fact that osteoporosis is not firm in fixation is solved; compared with a proximal femur bionic intramedullary nail (PFBN), the main nail is prevented from being opened, and the production process of the main nail can be simplified.
