Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-energy slow-release recombinant rice preparation process which comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing raw materials which comprise konjac powder, mulberry leaf extract, radix puerariae whole powder, resistant starch and long-grain fragrant rice; 2, the long-grain fragrant rice in the step 1 is smashed and scattered, and then the konjac powder, the mulberry leaf extract, the whole radix puerariae powder and the resistant starch are sieved for standby application; 3, mixing the sieved raw materials in proportion, and adjusting the moisture content of the raw materials; 4, the raw materials with the adjusted moisture content are fed into a double-screw extruder to be extruded and formed; step 5, performing primary baking, cooling, secondary baking and re-cooling on the recombinant rice subjected to extrusion forming to obtain the low-energy slow-release recombinant rice.
