Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to a system and method for fast digital signal processor (DSP) optical receiver recovery, i.e., for configuring an optical modem on the client side. This approach can be used in optical protection switch applications to allow fast switching between two client links, i.e. Within 50 ms.
